ශ්රී ලංකා සමාජ ආරක්ෂණ මණ්ඩලය විසින් ක්රියාත්මක කරනු ලබන "ආරස්සාව" පූර්ව සැලසුම් විශ්රාම වැටුප් යෝජනා ක්රමයේ සාමාජිකත්වය ලද දරුදැරියන් 2025 වර්ෂයේ 5 වසර ශිෂ්යත්ව විභාගය සමත් වීම මත ලබාදෙනු ලබන ප්රතිලාභ අයදුම් කිරීම සඳහා මෙම අයදුම් පත්රය සම්පුර්ණ කරන්න.
இலங்கை சமூக பாதுகாப்பு சபையால் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் ‘ஆரஸ்சாவ’ முன்கூட்டிய ஓய்வூதிய திட்டத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களான குழந்தைகள் 2025ஆம் ஆண்டு 5ஆம் வகுப்பு கல்வி உதவித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றதன் அடிப்படையில் வழங்கப்படும் நன்மையை கோருவதற்கு, தயவுசெய்து இந்த விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்யவும். Please complete this application form to request the benefit granted to children who are members of the ‘Arassawa’ Pre-planned Pension Scheme implemented by the Sri Lanka Social Security Board, upon passing the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination in the year 2025.
