Welcome to the SSBTrustPOST web application, a service of the Social Security Board of Sri Lanka. By accessing or using this website and related services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions in accordance with the laws and ICT policies of Sri Lanka.
1. Legal and Policy Compliance
- All users are required to comply with the ICT Policy of Sri Lanka, the Computer Crimes Act, No. 24 of 2007, and the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006 (and any amendments).
- Any unauthorized access, data manipulation, or attempted disruption is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
- All digital transactions are governed by the Electronic Transactions Act and are legally binding.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
- This application is intended solely for activities authorized by the Social Security Board of Sri Lanka, including public information, beneficiary management, and officer functions.
- You agree not to use the application for any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activities, including unauthorized data extraction, spamming, or transmission of malware.
- All usage must respect the privacy and rights of other users.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and current information during registration and usage.
- It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and to immediately report any suspected compromise to the Social Security Board.
- You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
- Do not share OTPs or passwords with any third party.
4. Security & Data Privacy
- Your data will be processed and stored in accordance with the data protection guidelines of Sri Lanka.
- Access to sensitive information (such as financial data and personal details) is secured and monitored.
- Any suspicious activity may result in account suspension, investigation, or legal action.
5. Special Conditions for Financial Application Use
- All online transactions, including pension calculations, wallet access, and financial profile monitoring, are subject to audit and regulatory review.
- Transaction requests may be logged with your IP address for security and fraud prevention purposes.
- Any attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or misuse the financial calculation or transaction modules is strictly prohibited.
- Public users and officers are required to use these services for legitimate purposes only.
- For officers: Your use of internal dashboards, management interfaces, and reporting tools is subject to departmental policies and additional monitoring.
6. Limitations & Disclaimers
- The Social Security Board reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the application at any time, for any reason.
- While every effort is made to ensure data accuracy and security, the Board shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from technical errors, network failures, or unauthorized access.

නියම හා කොන්දේසි
ශ්‍රී ලංකා සමාජ ආරක්ෂණ මණ්ඩලය විසින් සපයන SSBTrustPOST වෙබ් යෙදුම වෙත පිවිසීමෙන් හෝ භාවිතා කිරීමෙන්, ඔබ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය, පරිගණක අපරාධ පනත සහ ඩිජිටල් ගනුදෙනු පනත යන නීති රීති හා ප්‍රතිපත්තිවලට අනුකූලව කටයුතු කිරීමට එකඟ වේ.
1. නීතිමය හා ප්‍රතිපත්ති අනුකූලතාවය
- සියලුම පරිශීලකයන්ට ශ්‍රී ලංකා තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය, පරිගණක අපරාධ පනත අංක 24, 2007 සහ ඉලෙක්ට්‍රොනික ගනුදෙනු පනත අංක 19, 2006 (සැම වසරේ සංශෝධන) වලට අනුකූල ව කටයුතු කළ යුතුය.
- අනවසර පිවිසුම්, දත්ත සකසීම හෝ පද්ධතියට හානි කිරීම හෝ උත්සාහ කිරීම තහනම් වන අතර, අවශ්‍ය නම් නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ගනු ලැබේ.
- සියලු ඩිජිටල් ගනුදෙනු Electronic Transactions Act අනුව සිදු වන අතර නීතිමය බලපෑම් වලට භාජනය වේ.
2. පිවිසුම් සහ භාවිතා කිරීමේ නීති
- මෙම යෙදුම භාවිතා කළ හැක්කේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා සමාජ ආරක්ෂණ මණ්ඩලය විසින් අනුමත කරන ලද කටයුතු සඳහා පමණි.
- අනවශ්‍ය, වංචාකාරී හෝ නීතිවිරෝධී කටයුතු සඳහා මෙය භාවිතා කිරීම තහනම්ය.
- අනෙක් පරිශීලකයන්ගේ රහස්‍යතාවය හා හිමිකම් රැකිය යුතුය.
3. පරිශීලක වගකීම්
- ලියාපදිංචි වන විටත්, පද්ධතිය භාවිතා කරන විටත් නිවැරදි තොරතුරු ලබාදීම ඔබේ වගකීමයි.
- ඔබගේ පිවිසුම් තොරතුරු රහසිගතව තබා ගැනීම සහ සැකයක් පවතින විට වහාම නිවේදනය කිරීම අවශ්‍ය වේ.
- ඔබගේ ගිණුම හරහා සිදු වන සියලු කටයුතු සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතුය.
- OTP හෝ මුරපද කිසිවෙකුට බෙදා හරින්න එපා.
4. ආරක්ෂාව හා දත්ත රහස්‍යතාවය
- ඔබගේ දත්ත ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ මාර්ගෝපදේශ අනුව පරිපාලනය වේ.
- අත්‍යවශ්‍ය තොරතුරු (වංචාකාරීතා හෝ මුදල් විස්තර) ආරක්ෂිතව තබා ගැනේ.
- සැකසීමක් හෝ නීතිවිරෝධී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් නිසා ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවීම හෝ නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ගැනීමක් සිදු විය හැක.
5. මූල්‍ය සේවා සඳහා විශේෂ නීති
- සියලුම මූල්‍ය ගනුදෙනු, දිනපතා නිරීක්ෂණයට හා පාලනයට යටත්වේ.
- ඔබගේ IP ලිපිනය ඇතුළු තොරතුරු ආරක්ෂාව සහ වංචා වැළැක්වීම සඳහා සටහන් වේ.
- ගණනය කිරීමේ සේවා හෝ වෙනත් මූල්‍ය සේවා වංචාකාරී ලෙස භාවිතා නොකරන්න.
- අධ්‍යක්ෂකයන් සහ නිලධාරීන් සඳහා විශේෂ ප්‍රතිපත්ති සහ නීති රීති යටත්ව කටයුතු කළ යුතුය.
6. සීමා සහ ප්‍රතික්‍ෂේප
- අයදුම්පත යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම, නවතා දැමීම හෝ අවලංගු කිරීම සමාජ ආරක්ෂණ මණ්ඩලය විසින් සිදු කළ හැක.
- දත්තවල නිවැරදිතාව හෝ තාක්ෂණික දෝෂ හේතු වශයෙන් සිදුවන හානිය සදහා මණ්ඩලය වගකිව නොමැත.
7. අමතන්න
- ඕනෑම ගැටළුවක් හෝ තොරතුරු සඳහා, ශ්‍රී ලංකා සමාජ ආරක්ෂණ මණ්ඩලය වෙත https://ssb.gov.lk/ හරහා සම්බන්ධ වන්න.

இது சமூக பாதுகாப்பு வாரியம் வழங்கும் SSBTrustPOST இணைய பயன்பாடு. இங்கு அணுகும் அல்லது பயன்படுத்தும் போது, இலங்கையின் தகவல் தொடர்பு கொள்கை, கணினி குற்றங்கள் சட்டம் மற்றும் டிஜிட்டல் பரிமாற்ற சட்டப்படி நீங்கள் உடன்படுகிறீர்கள்.
1. சட்டப் பின்பற்றல்
- பயனர்கள் அனைவரும் இலங்கை தகவல் தொடர்பு கொள்கை, கணினி குற்றங்கள் சட்டம் இலக்கம் 24, 2007 மற்றும் மின்னணு பரிவர்த்தனைச் சட்டம் இலக்கம் 19, 2006 ஆகியவற்றை பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்.
- அனுமதியில்லா அணுகல், தரவு மாற்றம் அல்லது சேதப்படுத்தும் முயற்சி குற்றமாகும்.
- அனைத்து டிஜிட்டல் பரிவர்த்தனைகளும் Electronic Transactions Act-இன் கீழ் நியாயமாகும்.
2. ஒழுங்குமுறை பயன்பாடு
- இந்த பயன்பாடு சமூக பாதுகாப்பு வாரியத்தால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சடங்குகளுக்கு மட்டும் பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
- வஞ்சகம், சட்டவிரோதம் அல்லது தீங்கிழைக்கும் செயல்களுக்கு பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது.
- மற்ற பயனாளர்களின் தனியுரிமை மற்றும் உரிமைகளை மதிக்க வேண்டும்.
3. பயனர் பொறுப்புகள்
- பதிவிறக்கும் போதும், பயன்படுத்தும் போதும் துல்லியமான தகவல் வழங்கல் உங்கள் பொறுப்பு.
- உங்கள் உள்நுழைவு விபரங்களை ரகசியமாக வைத்திருப்பது மற்றும் சந்தேகம் இருந்தால் உடனே தெரிவிப்பது கடமை.
- உங்கள் கணக்கின் மூலம் நிகழும் அனைத்து நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கும் நீங்கள் பொறுப்பு.
- OTP அல்லது கடவுச்சொல்லை பிறருடன் பகிர வேண்டாம்.
4. பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தனியுரிமை
- உங்கள் தரவு இலங்கையின் தரவு பாதுகாப்பு வழிகாட்டிகள் படி நிர்வகிக்கப்படும்.
- முக்கிய தகவல்கள் (மூலதன விவரங்கள், நிதி விபரங்கள்) பாதுகாப்பாக வைக்கப்படும்.
- சந்தேகத்திற்குள்ள செயற்பாடுகளால் கணக்கு முடக்கப்பட்டல் அல்லது சட்ட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.
5. நிதி பயன்பாட்டுக்கான விதிமுறைகள்
- அனைத்து நிதி பரிவர்த்தனைகளும் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டு கண்காணிக்கப்படும்.
- உங்கள் IP முகவரி உள்ளிட்ட விவரங்கள் பாதுகாப்புக்காக பதிவு செய்யப்படும்.
- மதிப்பீட்டு சேவைகள் மற்றும் நிதி பயன்பாடுகளை முறைகேடாக பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம்.
- அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்கள் உரிய விதிகளுக்கு உட்பட்டு இந்த சேவைகளை பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
6. வரம்புகள் மற்றும் மறுப்புகள்
- வலைத்தளத்தை மாற்ற, இடைநிறுத்த அல்லது ரத்து செய்ய வாரியத்திற்கு உரிமை உண்டு.
- தகவல் தவறுகள் அல்லது தொழில்நுட்ப கோளாறுகளால் நேரும் இழப்பிற்கு வாரியம் பொறுப்பல்ல.
